All digital products are non-refundable. Once it’s in your hands, it’s yours for keeps. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on digital or print items.

Physical Products (Clothing, Merch, etc.):

Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of heart. Double-check that size chart before you click Add to Cart... your closet (and your bank account) will thank you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we’ve got you. Shoot us an email within 7 days of delivery with:

1) Your order number

2) A clear photo of the issue

3) A short description of what’s wrong

We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please contact us before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. We’ll guide you on how to properly return items according to our policies.

Only if we haven’t started making it yet. Everything’s made to order, so once production begins, it’s locked in. Email us ASAP if you messed up.

Yes, but shipping times and costs will vary depending on where you live. Customs might also hold your package like it’s their emotional support box. Out of our hands.

You’ve got about 12 hours after placing your order to fix it. Email us fast before your mail ends up in the void.

• Clothing + physical products: Made to order just for you. Please allow for approximately 2-5 days for order fulfillment. Once your order is fulfilled it usually ships within 5–7 business days (in Canada).

• Digital products: Instant download. Boom. Done.
